About Us
tory stephen is licensed in california, hawaii, north carolina and michigan as an architect. he is also licensed as a general contractor in california and hawaii. tory started his building experience out of high school as a apprentice carpenter and completed all requirement for licensure as a general contractor in california in 1987 and has been licensed ever since. after graduating from Virginia Tech in 1996 tory received his license to practice architecture in california in 2000. this unique blend of experience gives all of the stephen group's clients a blend of art and practicality that is seldom found in the industry.
